Deloitte has named Palermo's its 2014 Wisconsin 75 Distinguished Performer in the Environment category. The award recognizes a "green" corporation that balances economic growth, social equity and environmental management. The awards committee cited Palermo's widespread efforts to reduce, reuse and recycle -- everything from energy conservation to waste repurposing to recycling. We were also named to the Deloitte Wisconsin 75 -- a listing of our state's largest privately and closely held companies. Laurie Fallucca, chief creative officer, and Giacomo Fallucca, CEO, accepted the award from Kelly Fitzsimmons on behalf of our hard-working Pizzaiolos.
