Palermo's Easter Baskets for the Hungry has been near and dear to the hearts of our caring employee team for the past 10 years. Check out what our team member, Jessica, had to say about her experience with Easter Baskets:
"I am beyond honored and proud to help with the Easter Baskets for the Hungry. From the Palermo's employees, to the Easter Basket Committee, Hunger Task Force and all the contributions from our valued suppliers, it takes a huge effort (and small army) to put this event together each year. As the bins get placed into the cars, there is an overwhelming feeling of gratitude -- not only from the people receiving the baskets, but also from the volunteers. We did good today and the sweet little lady and her friend, both in tears, telling us how grateful they are, proves that this event is important and makes a difference in our community."

It is notes like this that remind us how much this service is needed in our community and keep us going:
"Thank you so much for the generous donation that was given to me. This says to me, 'People still care for the elderly and the needy ones. To all the donors and helpers, God bless you and may your gift of love never be forgotten.'"
